For the ABB booth at Hannover Messe, we developed an augmented reality application with the agency Framefield in cooperation with the agency raumhoch from Berlin that allowed the user to virtually discover the real booth with 12 industrial applications of ABB in 1:1 scale with a tablet. While walking through the exhibition stand, the visitor suddenly found himself in an imaginary robot street, where parcels were transported on a conveyor belt, in another area an e-bus drove past the spectator to a fast charging station, and in another place future process optimizations using this technology were presented.
